T&S Brass and Bronze Works recently launched EverSteel, a new line of stainless-steel and lead-free products. Designed to meet all global certification requirements, EverSteel products are crafted from premium stainless steel. Offering a five-year warranty, EverSteel pre-rinse units feature T&S’ new stainless steel spray valve, a patented design with the highest cleaning power and durability of any spray valve on the market. In North America, EverSteel meets the following compliance/certifications: ASME A112.18.1 / CSA B125.1, NSF 61, and NSF 372.
Gerber Plumbing Water-Efficient Spud Bowls & Urinals
Gerber Plumbing Fixtures launched several new spud bowls and urinals with expanded flush volume options. Due to water-saving regulations in some states, Gerber modified the existing spud bowl models to work with the most popular consumption rates (1.1 gpf, 1.28 gpf, and 1.6 gpf), which are determined by the flushometer. Each model features a siphon jet, fully glazed trapway, and a brass spud for connection to the flushometer valve. There are no changes to spud bowl SKU numbers, prices, or specs, making this improvement and easy elevation of the brand’s offering. Urinals also are subject to stringent restrictions on water usage across the U.S., so modifications to existing Gerber models now allow for various consumption rates (0.125 gpf, 0.5 gpf, 1.0 gpf). In addition, all Gerber urinals are now ADA compliant, allowing for better accessibility.
Dearborn® True Blue® Bath Waste Kits in Champagne Bronze
Dearborn® True Blue® Bath Waste Kits are now available in an on-trend Champagne Bronze finish, adding to its already robust line of designer finishes. Innovative, flexible, and designed with the plumber in mind, they are made with integrated locking features that reduce the number of tools needed for installation, saving time and frustration. The new Champagne Bronze finish enhances the existing portfolio of the True Blue line, which also includes bath waste kits in Matte Black, Chrome, White, Brushed Nickel, Oil Rubbed Bronze, and Brushed Gold.
New NIRON Transition Fitting
NUPI Americas now offers stainless steel sanitary Tri-Clamp transition fittings as part of its NIRON Product line. The ferrules in these parts are manufactured from a high quality 316 grade of stainless steel and are injection molded into the part for a pressure tight connection. The NIRON side of the part is available as a straight spigot configuration to allow joining by any of the available methods used to connect NIRON parts. This type of connections is very common for food and dairy applications. The parts are available in 2”, 3” and 4” size ranges.
