Calefactio’s complete range of flow regulators, including Fixed, Union, Industrial, and Specialized, conform to the NSF61 standard. Wafer type flow regulators are available in five sizes and cover a range of flows, from 60 to 2,100 gallons per minute.
Expansion tanks for heating, potable, and hydro-pneumatics are available in a variety of series, with all designs conforming to ASME, section VIII. The air in the tank is precharged at the factory, as the pressure is adjustable on site. Most units have an exterior finish in painted primer, and available accessories include saddles, straps, and anti-seismic brackets. The tanks maximum design temperature is 240°F (115°C), while the maximum design pressure ranges from 150 PSI to 300 PSI.
Calefactio offers different series of separators, all conforming to ASME, section VIII. With a steel or carbonized steel housing and the coalescent media constructed from stainless steel, most units are equipped with a Calvent automatic vent. The maximum design temperature ranges from 250°F (121°C) to 450°F (232°C) and service pressure goes from 125 PSI to 300 PSI.
